How do I contact customer service?

Our customer service is happy to help you by emailing support@indieandco.co. Our staff is available M-F 9am-2pm. If you are expecting an email from us, we recommend checking your junk and spam folders if you have not received a reply from us within 24 hours M-F

Where is my gift card?

All of our gift cards come in the form of online credit. After purchase it will be sent to the email the order was placed under. If you are purchasing it for a gift you will be able to forward the email or print out the code to give to your loved one.

Do you restock items?

Yes! If you want to be notified if/when we get a specific item back in stock, head to the product page and click the desired size. A box will pop up that says, "Email when available" click it and simply add your email. We will notify you once the item is back in stock. 

What is Shop Pay and how do I use it?

Shop Pay gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to pay for your order over time. Simply select the option at checkout and follow the steps. 

Where are your products made?

We put a lot of care into sourcing our products from high quality manufactures in the US, Cambodia, India, and China.  The majority of our products are our own private label products. We have worked closely with our manufacturer located in China for over 14 years. As we have gained a close relationship with our contacts (who we consider good friends) we have come to ensure that they maintain a high standard of ethical practices, responsible manufacturing, and positive working conditions.

Orders & Shipping

I placed an order but did not receive my confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check your spam and junk folders, if you are unable to find your confirmation email please feel free to contact us at support@indieandco.co for more help. 

What if my order shows delivery but has not arrived?

Please check with neighbors and those you may currently be living with to see if they have seen your package. You can contact your local shipping carrier with your tracking information to assist you in locating your package. Unless you have purchased Shipping Protection, Indie & Co is not responsible for any lost merchandise. 

What if my order has stopped in transit and has not shown any movement in a timely manner?

We understand this can be frustrating and want to help locate your package. Please reach out to us at support@indieandco.coand we will be able to assist you in starting a claim with the carrier used. 

How to pre-orders work?

Preorders allow our customers to purchase a product before they reach our shelves. We only offer quantities that have been ordered and expected to arrive. We will list an estimated shipping date for when your preorder item(s) will ship. We try to get as close of a date as possible but the shipping date may differ slightly. If you have placed an order including pre order items and available items your order will be shipped in two different shipments.

How long will shipping take?

We are so happy that you are excited to receive your Indie & Co goodies! We do our best to ship orders by the following day or same day if you have placed your order by noon MST M-F. Shipping may take a little longer during sales or holidays by a day or two.

U.S. orders typically take 1-8 days to arrive depending on where you are located. 

International orders typically take 8-20 days depending on where you are located. 

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the carriers for delivery. While we work diligently to ensure that your package is shipped promptly, please note that any delays, damages, or issues that occur during transit are beyond our control and fall under the responsibility of the carrier. We recommend tracking your package for updates directly through the carrier's system.

Returns, Exchanges & Shipping

How can I return or exchange an item in my order?

We want you to LOVE your product. If you are in need of an exchange or return please use our portal below.

In the event you need to make a return/exchange please have your order number and shipping zip code in hand and visit our online portal here.

If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit or exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns portal by clicking here. Enjoy an extra 10% credit when choosing the exchange/store credit options. If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return or exchange protection at the original time of checkout or are wanting to return for a refund to original form of payment, you will be responsible for returning the product. You are able to purchase a return label through our returns portal at your cost.

To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached on every item. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.  Please note: if items smell of perfume, body odor, cigarette smoke(or other strong smells), are marked with makeup or deodorant, show signs of wear, or have traces of animal hair they will not be valid for return and no refund will be issued.  It must also be in the original clear packaging (if possible). If you don't have the original packaging, please put clothing items in a plastic bag to protect them in shipping. Shoes must be returned in original box and be in a shipping box. Please do not use the shoe box as the Shipping box. Returns and exchanges are accepted 14 days after order delivery date. After creating a return label, you have 7 days to drop the return off at USPS/UPS/FedEx to be returned to us, after which the return label will be voided and the return will not be accepted.

Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed.

Please allow 1-2 business days for returns to be processed. Then, allow 2-5 business days for the return to appear on your account, depending on your bank.

What items are not eligible for return or exchange?

To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached on every item. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

SWIM

In addition to requirements listed above swimwear must have the hygienic lining on swim bottoms 

CLEARANCE

All clearance items are FINAL SALE.  Items are not eligible for exchange or refund. Therefore if your order is strictly final sale items be sure to unclick the re:do option.

Re:do Free Unlimited Return for Store Credit or Exchanges is not applicable to clearance and sale items even if purchased with your items.   Once you have checked out with re:do please note that it is NOT refundable!
